Firstly and most importantly, I am a mother of three little girls. It’s the most important role I have, the girls are the reason behind everything I do, everything I stand for and the reason I’m so passionate about anything I take on.
Trainee Psychotherapist
In April 2023 I passed my part two of a diploma which means I am now a trainee Human Givens therapist. I trained in this approach because four sessions of this therapy not only saved my life in 2021 but it dramatically changed it.
I became so passionate about sharing the tools I’d been taught in therapy, with the help of the charity bigmoose I enrolled on the course with an aim to give back and help, like I’d been helped.
Social Runner
I have been using running to advocate good mental health for the past decade. I wrote all about it in a bestselling, award winning book called No Run Intended.

I’m concentrating on group programmes at the Moment.
